Overview
Container Straddle Carrier crane specially used for container loading and transportation in small and medium-sized container freight yards and small and medium-sized enterprises.

Structure of Container Straddle Carrier:
1.Main Frame (Steel Structure)
High-strength frame forming the load-bearing body, allowing the carrier to straddle containers during transport and stacking.
2.Lifting System
Includes hoisting mechanism, wire ropes or chains, and container spreader for secure lifting of 20ft, 40ft, and 45ft containers.
3.Spreader
Telescopic container spreader with twist locks, ensuring fast, safe, and accurate container engagement.
4.Travel Mechanism
Rubber tires, axles, suspension, and drive system enabling flexible movement across the yard.
5.Power System
Diesel engine or hybrid power unit providing strong and reliable driving and lifting power.
6.Steering System
Multi-wheel steering for high maneuverability in narrow container yards.
7.Control & Operator
Cabin Ergonomic cabin with joystick controls and monitoring system for precise and safe operation. Safety Systems Load monitoring, anti-sway control, braking system, limit switches, and emergency stop devices.
